The Administrator, Business Applications will support all business units within Mosaic Health and is responsible for managing enterprise business applications, ensuring system availability, performance, and security. This role provides technical support, implements system enhancements, configuring applications, providing user support, managing updates and integrations, and collaborating with various departments to enhance application functionality. The administrator will play a key role in optimizing business processes through effective application management and support.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain enterprise business applications.
- Ensure application security, compliance, and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users.
- Implement system updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Work with business units to optimize workflows and application functionality.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Document application configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in application projects and integrations.
- Conduct audits for improvements and alignment.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or a minimum of 7 years of experience in the same role in place of a degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business application administration.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of SQL and system integrations.
- Understanding of business processes.
- Knowledge of data management and security.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing excellent service to internal team members and patients.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Physical Demands
- Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Ability to lift to 15 lbs. independently not to exceed 50 lbs. without help.
