The Chief of Staff, Millennium Physicians Group, will be responsible for planning administrative, financial, and operational activities on behalf of the CEO and possibly other leadership team members. This role will act as a strategic partner and diagnose and recognize issues impacting the organization, assisting leaders in delivering strategic business goals and objectives with a planned approach, on time, and to target.


Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing and managing cross-functional initiatives, interfacing with the leadership team, and across the business lines.
• Exercise judgment and propose various solutions outside of established parameters to address more complex problems.
• Utilize technical expertise and analytical thinking, acting as a thought partner to the CEO regarding financial and operational performance.
• Use multiple internal sources and some limited external sources outside their teams to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Chief of Staff peers across Mosaic Health to align business priorities with the broader Mosaic Health organization.
• Work closely with leaders and stakeholders to develop Board of Directors meeting presentations, materials for monthly business reviews with Mosaic Executive Leadership, and other reviews as assigned.
• Lead Executive Leadership meetings, ensuring content and discussions reinforce key values across teams, holding leaders accountable for their commitments to outcomes.
• Convey information, developing skills to guide team members toward consensus on relevant topics within the field.
• Oversee strategic business initiatives and operational plans, from development through successful execution. Enhance the platform for operating plans that foster accountability, increase transparency, and serve as a tool for leadership actions as opportunities arise.
• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative execution.
• Review, design, and implement improvements to organizational structures; identify knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
• Optimize current processes and improve organizational procedures for greater efficiency and productivity.
• Cultivate relationships with all employees to enhance efficiency and responsiveness in existing operations and collaborate with the CEO and other executives on defining new operational strategies through special projects.
• Visit practices and engage with staff and clinical leaders.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in business management or an executive role.
• Experience in data analysis and budget management
• Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
• Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
• Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
• Proven success in a project coordination role
• Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
• Strong project-reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


Physical Demands
• Sedentary work. ExerƟng up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Ability to liŌ to 15 lbs. independently not to exceed 50 lbs. without help.
