The Provider Education Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, technical, and analytical support for physician and advanced provider education programs, ensuring seamless execution, accurate record-keeping, and data-driven program evaluation and improvement. This role involves
coordinating logistical planning for educational events, performing data entry and reporting tasks, and supporting the development and maintenance of educational programs.


Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the Physician and Advanced Provider Education Manager.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and record-keeping tasks.
• Track educational timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
• Monitor individual onboarding success and provide support as needed.
• Develop and maintain reports to track program metrics and KPIs.
• Create and format PowerPoint presentations for educational programs.
• Lead the development of high-quality presentations, reports, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the provider education program, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Coordinate logistical planning for educational events and programs.
• Serve as system administrator for the Continuing Medical Education (CME) program.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records and reporting for CME programs.
• Track and analyze program metrics and KPIs to inform program improvement.
• Provide data-driven insights to support program evaluation and decision-making.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in health science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or educational support role.
• Experience with data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Office environment with occasional travel to educational events and programs.
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities complemented by a capacity for independent work.
• May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


Physical Demands
• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Ability to lift to 15 lbs. independently not to exceed 50 lbs. without help.
