The Business Analyst will represent the apree Health Business Unit and is responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and driving the successful implementation of Systems of Engagement, including Salesforce and other business applications. Reporting to the Manager - Systems of Engagement/Business Analysts, this role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that system solutions align with business objectives, optimize workflows, and enhance user experience.
The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, create process models, oversee system enhancements, and support the adoption of CRM, automation, and engagement platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for Salesforce and other engagement systems.
- Develop process models, user stories, wireframes, and workflow diagrams to support system design and improvements.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of project goals and expectations.
- Assist in the design, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce, ensuring it meets business needs.
- Work with development teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and automation
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), developing test cases, and validating system functionality before deployment.
- Provide training, documentation, and end-user support for engagement platforms, driving adoption and best practices.
- Support data migration, cleansing, and transformation efforts for system implementations and
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization, improving system efficiencies and reducing manual efforts.
- Monitor system performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to provide insights on system usage and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR), and governance best practices.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce capabilities, engagement platform trends, and industry best practices to recommend improvements.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working with Salesforce or other CRM/engagement platforms
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow automation, and data structures
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, reporting, dashboards, and automation (Flow, Process Builder, etc.)
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Experience working in Agile project management environments
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or equivalent
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

- High level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions

Physical Demands
