Millennium Physician Group seeks to hire a full-time / RN Clinical Supervisor to join the team in Fernandina Beach, FL. The RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the practice, ensuring
the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards. This role requires a handson approach to managing clinical staff, optimizing workflows, and fostering a culture of excellence and
collaboration. The RN Clinical Supervisor will work closely with providers, administrative staff, and leadership
to support the practice's mission and goals.


Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the clinical activities of the practice to ensure efficient and effective patient
care delivery.
• Oversee patient flow, clinical schedules, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
• Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and medical assistants, fostering a
positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities
for professional development.
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new clinical staff to ensure seamless integration into the
practice.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices
and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to address patient concerns and improve the overall patient
experience.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement strategies to enhance clinical outcomes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to align with the
practice's goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including patient records, staff schedules, and
compliance reports.
• Collaborate with administrative leadership to manage budgets, supplies, and equipment for the
clinical team.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, providers, and administrative teams to ensure seamless
communication and coordination.
• Participate in practice leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
• Address and resolve operational challenges to maintain a smooth and efficient practice environment.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent (preferred).
• Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice (required).
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in a healthcare practice or outpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and other clinical software.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement practices.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


Physical Demands
• Sedentary work. ExerƟng up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force

SubstanƟal movements (moƟons) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker must have close
