Marketing Analyst - SW Florida

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for executing, tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc requests, communications, and automation. Supports and uses professional knowledge in promoting production and marketing activities for an assigned region or product.
Creates marketing materials, plans, and performs marketing activities for an assigned region and product. Analyzes market data to monitor the performance of the marketing activities and plans, while driving growth and innovation. Attends marketing events and assists and supports the company's product promotion.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with practice group leadership to assist in developing and supporting strategies to expand the practice group's client base and increase the team's visibility in assigned markets.
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights and inform marketing strategies.
- Work with internal and external partners to deliver on assigned tasks including, but not limited to patient communications, provider onboarding, branding, promotion, demand generation, and clinic support.
- Coordinate efforts with marketing VP, regional vice presidents, practice managers, and other teams in integrations, PCC, communications, CIT, and more.
- You will participate in event planning including identifying the venue, preparing client invitations, greeting, and networking with clients, and post-event follow-up.
- develop and maintain a library of marketing and business development collateral.
- Write or assist with writing speeches and articles for publications.
- Analyze web traffic and user engagement metrics to assess the success of marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Create content, and design, that align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Promote the Millennium brand and identify strategies for panel growth.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Preferred candidates should reside locally to facilitate attendance at various events
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 2+ years of marketing or communications experience.
- Healthcare, project management, and marketing/PR experience are a plus.
- Ability to create detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Ability to present complex data and research clearly and concisely.
- Critical thinking
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience working with a variety of software tools including Microsoft Office Suite and industryleading Analytics and Business Intelligence software.
- Focus on goals and be driven to succeed.
- Solid analytical skills to manage a variety of data sources.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Physical Demands
- Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Ability to lift to 15 lbs. independently not to exceed 50 lbs. without help.
